“You’ll Fish for People”

Matthew 4:18–22

Jesus walked by the Sea of Galilee. There he saw Peter and Andrew again. They were casting a net into the sea because they were fishermen. He said to them, “Follow me and you’ll fish for people.”

Right away, they left their nets and followed him. Farther down the beach, Jesus saw two other brothers. James and John were in a fishing boat with their father Zebedee. They were mending their nets. Jesus called to them. At once, they left their father in the boat and followed him.

Questions: What were Peter and Andrew doing when Jesus called them? What were James and John doing when Jesus called them?
